Call Center Representative

C & H Installation Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Call Center Representative to join our rapidly growing team.

In this role, you will be the first customer touch point, the beginning of the customer experience, and a representative of the C & H brand. You will be responsible receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls from customers regarding their needs for new floor-coverings. 

Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls.
• Engaging with prospective customers regarding their floor covering needs.
• Passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
• Making outbound calls from internet generated leads.
• Providing a positive and informative customer experience.
• Use internal tools to document all costumer touch points and communications.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Contribute to the achievement of team goals and outcomes.
• Setting qualified appointments for our Field Sales Representatives.
• Participate in regular training and development meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Call Center, Customer Service, or other customer facing experience.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and best practices.
• Technologically proficient.
• High energy and a positive attitude.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Must possess a positive, can-do attitude.
• Willingness/ability to work flexible hours with some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

C & H Installation Group is looking for a confident, sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated candidate to fill a position as an In-Store Sales Lead Generation Specialist. This is a highly visible position having direct contact with prospective customers inside of our partner retail stores in the Chicagoland area. The main objective will be to approach customers, explain our service offerings, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Job Requirements:

• HS Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Excellent communication, written, interpersonal, and people skills
• High energy and a positive attitude
• Able to work in an entrepreneurial environment
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• The main objective will be to approach customers, explain our service offerings, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Must be comfortable initiating conversations and engaging customers within an in-store setting.
• Must be able to approach customers with professionalism and confidence.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in relationship building with customers, as well as, store management and personnel.
• 1+ Years of prior sales and/or customer service with sales experience.
• Willingness/ability to work flexible hours with some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for 6 to 8-hour shifts approaching 100+ customers.
• Valid Driver's License and personal transportation required.
